Thank you to all well-wishers, witnesses and everyone who made the occasion so memorable. Thanks to our photographer Jess Hardwick; to our caterer Mohit and his team from Tuk Tuk; to our florists Karen & Fiona from Flûr; to Eight Yards for our kilts and plaids; and thanks to the entire team at Leith Theatre.
The whole day was only possible with so many helping hands. Apologies for any omissions, but we must thank both our families for transport and helping to decorate the hall, Sacha and Hana for the cakes, Suzi for the placenames, Fraser, Graham and his Belrocks bandmates for setting up and operating the PA, Marcin at DM Audio for lending the music stands, Anja, Lola and Theo for the strewing of petals and bestowing of ribbons, RJ for drum programming and re-mixing the I Got You exit music, Vari, Ken and Julie for their readings (and kind words), Adam, Ewan and Neila for stewarding so unstintingly, Euan and Des for making everything run like clockwork, and Cathie for being a truly inspiring and wonderful celebrant.
Also we thank all the musicians: Jeff, Em, Wendy, Mark, Julian, Sanch, Robin, Al, Ned, Fraser, Graham & the Belrocks, Stuart, Ingrid, Marjory, Laura, Hilary and Karen (aka pianopiano).
We had a great time and promise to spend time in 2020 with all those friends and family who were unable to come or whom we simply didn’t have the space to invite on the day.
